About the Winner
Professor Hafnaoui Baali is a writer, journalist and academic researcher, who serves as Professor of Higher Education at the Faculty of Arts and Humanities, University of Annaba, Algeria. He holds a State Doctorate in Arts and Humanities, Comparative and Cultural Studies. He was awarded the City and Creativity Critical Award in 2002, and the First International Award in Critical and Theatrical Studies. He is the Secretary General of the Algeriaian Society for Comparative Literature, and he has many published works in the fields of literature, criticism and poetry.
