The book applies scientific approach and analyzes the theories that predict the nature of the relations among countries after cold war such as the end of history, chaos and civilizations conflict.

He looked for the factors that bring back the humanitarian aspect of civilization and considered that peace and its culture are what people look for and endeavor to apply in balanced international relations.
